Ionwerks’ Mass Spectroscopy of Recoiled Ions msri Detector System consists of a pulsed alkali beam line in addition to the custom reflectron detector for isotopic detection of ions with resolutions between 400-600 amu. The Reflectron Detector will be custom mounted onto the system with a set of ion optics which can be adjusted to a variety of applications. Simulations for an optimal operation for each end user will be performed during the custom design phase. For monitoring film growth, additional pumping will be necessary for the beam line as well as the Reflectron Detector. All power supplies, cables, and TDCx8 electronics are included. Software for detector operation will be modified for the user’s application. Pumps are an additional cost.
